The Queensbrook 9.5 Ft. W x 9.5 Ft. D Vinyl Pergola will not hold the weight of a swing. The maximum weight limit is 150 pounds which would need to be distributed around the pergola, not all in one area.
Deck and concrete anchors are sold separately
It can be cut down, but it is recommended to add end caps after cutting to finish it.
