Cafe quality pour overs can be yours with the xBloom Studio Coffee Machine. A unique all in one automatic pour over, the xBloom Studio packs in a brewer, grinder, and scale in its compact case. Designed to brew single cups on demand, the Studio uses either a Kalita 155 style dripper or xBloom’s pre-dosed xPods. Simply empty your dose into the grind chamber and insert your filter, the Studio will automatically grind and begin brewing from there. For more control, the xBloom App gives access to dozens of adjustable brew parameters—including grind size, brew ratio, water temperature, bloom, pour speed, pour type (straight/spiral etc), and more. Once you’ve dialed in your favorite brew recipe, save it in the app for instant access on your next cup. Other thoughtful features, like a real-time brew graph and standalone use of grinder, scale, and hot water functions make the xBloom Studio one of the most versatile brewers available.
